Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- 30 days of the delivery date.
- unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Custom-built or made-to-order items.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.
- Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please chat with us through our chatbot and include your order number along with the reason for the request.

Once we receive and inspect the item, weβll proceed with a refund or exchange accordingly.
Refunds
- Original payment method within 5β7 business days after the return is received and approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
- A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via chatbot within 48 hours of delivery. Weβll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
