At H-K Supply, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • 30 days of the delivery date.
  • unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
  • proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-built or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items.
  • Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please chat with us through our chatbot and include your order number along with the reason for the request.

You may also click here to open a return or exchange request — we’ll get back to you with return instructions and authorization.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with a refund or exchange accordingly.

Refunds

  • Original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is received and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged item).
  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via chatbot within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
